Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for products in poor condition or those not meeting expectations regarding details of preparation, flavor, texture, aroma, and/or quality.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by user mishandling, such as impacts, drops, improper handling, or improper storage of the product.

Any issues must be reported within a maximum of 24 business hours. After notification, we will proceed with evaluation, verification, and response.

Once the process is completed, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the payment provider or via bank transfer.
